Andrew Jacott Named Athlete of the Week for Owatonna Boys Cross Country

Sophomore Andrew Jacott emerged as a varsity runner for the Owatonna boys cross country team last season as a freshman, and this year he seems to be emerging as the Huskies’ top runner. Jacott led the Huskies at Faribault’s invite last week, finishing in 7th-place among tough competition with a time of 16:52.9. That performance reset his PR from last season by more than ten seconds and beat his time from last year’s invite in Faribault by more than a minute.
